Online order for store pick-up. Brand new tried to switch to display item. - Sony Bluray Player model BDP-S580


Ordered a Sony BluRay player model BDPS580 online for store pick-up on April 27, 2013. Store at La Palma Ave, Anaheim indicated item available. Placed order then drove to the store after receiving e-mail that order was ready for pick-up. Instructions were to go to Audio/Visual dept. podium. Person looked-up my order in computer and said it is already in front so go to cashier. Went to cashier and person couldn't find it so he went to the A/V dept. After waiting for 10 minutes, cashier and A/V person came back and told me he only have open box. My order did not state open box otherwise I would not have driven 10 miles one-way and wasted my time.They did not even offer compensation for my inconvenience.
