Net Laptop


I first went in March 23, 2013 met with a technician explain the problem that I purchased new battery, now my laptop is going on/off for some reason. The Tech said write the explanation down and we give you a call. Did hand me a slip or anything. I did not receive a for two weeks I called them back. A tech explain my net books went to the California office. Sir I don't know how long it takes, I ask can I speak supervisor apparently he was busy. Apparently it takes 8 to 9 weeks now management has to decide to replace my netbook. I asked before you destroy it I want my information copied. I don't think this would happen. The worst customer service replacing a equipment is fine because of their policy but not even giving a consumer the privilege of coping vital information 'will be crushed and destroy without your asking'
