    Hi I went to Fry's Electronics in East La Palma Ave, Anaheim, California. Bought a laptop (Lenovo Think Pad) with 3 Year Warranty plan in July 2013. After 2 years without any issues, the Lenovo screen suddenly came of from the hinges. I could not able to open the Laptop Monitor. When I bought the warranty, they mentioned, it will cover everything. I can be worry free and if ANYTHING happens to laptop, just stop by and get it replaced or repaired depending on the issues.     I went to the Frys in Downers Grove, IL to purchase a $400. computer monitor. I called before I went and was told that they would price match an offer from a competitor. I told the saleswoman who the competitor was and she said they would match it. When I got there and picked out the monitor, I was told by another salesman that they would not honor it as they don't have it in their listing.     Bad customer service each staff explains different procedures. Ask for supervisor and just another person answer. So I vent to the employee only to get the run of the deal. March 23, 2013- until now May 4, 2013, no calls explaining. The last call when I called because no use leaving information of email because none of your staff emails or call; so why take down the darn information. Long periods of waiting but per your last employee I am waiting for the approval to be replaced with compatible or credit.     I have been trying for days with no luck to speak to Allen Cotton in Fry`s Risk Management Dept about a certified letter I received. There is NEVER an answer and the only option is to leave a message that no one EVER responds to!I have also sent 2 emails that are still unanswered.     Received a laptop bag as a gift. Zipper quit working on second or third use. It was an 80.00 bag. Tried to return but did not have receipt. Would not take back or even offer store credit. They said I had to have a receipt or they would do nothing. This is just one more event in long list of poor customer service, waiting for assistance while employees pass you by.... more than once.     I purchased a Maytag Neptune Front Load Washing Machine PLU 4356925 on Saturday June 10, 2009. My invoice number is 13585448. It was sold as an open box floor model. I inquired about the warranty and if it had been previously used. I was told it carried a 30 day warranty and was not previously used but a floor model. The product was incorrectly priced also, so when I was at the register it rang up as $359.90, but on floor was marked $259.90.
